Dolcemente's secret is the blend of the refined character of the Cabernet Sauvignon (70%) with the fruitiness of the Cesanese grapes (30%). The intense purple color, fresh floral aromas with notes of berry and cherry, very smooth tannins, and a lovely sweetness on the palate makes you want to enjoy this wine at room temperature or slightly chilled.
