Prosecco Notte Italiana

Until recently, Prosecco could refer to either a wine or a white grape. In 2009, however, the grape was renamed Glera to protect Prosecco's good name. Because it is so easy to drink, with or without food, Prosecco is a hugely popular choice for parties.
