Yatir Winery Creek White 2020

This wine is a skillfully blended combination of Chenin Blanc and Viognier. Diverging from the typical Yatir wines, it presents an old-world character that is delicately complex with profound depth. Its hue ranges from bright straw to gold. The aroma showcases a bouquet of crisp white flowers, herbaceous tones, ripe citrus, melon, and quince. Medium-bodied, it carries a gentle viscosity on the palate from oak aging, accompanied by flavors of lemon peel, quince, earthy minerals, and medium-plus acidity, leading to a long finish with hints of honeydew and fresh herbs.
