Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details regarding the specific bottles you wish to return or exchange.

  Provide Documentation

  For damaged or corked wine, please include clear photos of the bottle, label, and cork to help our experts verify the issue and improve our quality control.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Once approved, securely pack the wine in its original specialized shipping container to prevent breakage during transit and attach the provided return shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  After we receive and inspect the returned items at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested replacement bottles.
